Hotel will be giving pick up and drop for those members who will be staying in hotel. Hotel cab will come for the pick up along with ply-card. -
Members are requested to come with their original bills so that reimbursement can be done during conference itself.

SAFIR will be paying for the stay of members (single room), travel expenses, pick up and drops. All the other expenses will be borne by the members respectively. In case of requirement of double room by any member then difference of single and double room will be paid by the respective member.
